A modern take on centuries-old preserving techniques. Gently air-dried under low heat in our drying chambers for 18-72 hours to lock in the peak nutritional goodness.

Delivery: Expect to receive in 2-5 days! Orders ship out from our kitchen in around 1 day. Courier will then take another 1-3 days to deliver. (days = business days)

Variations: Slight differences in size, colour, thickness, and shape are normal due to hand-preparation of natural ingredients.
