Made with gentle preservation methods to lock in peak nutritional goodness, flavour, and texture. Depending on the treat, we either air-dry under low heat, or freeze-dry at -60°C for up to 72 hours - a slow process, but one that brings out the best in every bite.

Delivery: Expect to receive between 1-3 working days.

Variations: Slight differences in size, colour, thickness, and shape are normal due to hand-preparation of natural ingredients.

Shelf Life:
• Best before date is stated on the packaging
• Shelf life varies from 6–10 months, depending on treat type
• For freeze-dried treats: once opened, consume within 30 days
• Refrigerate to prolong freshness

Storage: Store in a sealed pouch or air-tight container. Keep in a cool, dry place - away from direct sunlight and moisture, including your furkid’s drool!

Starting Out: As with all treats, introduce slowly and monitor before lavishing.
