Delivery: Expect to receive between 1-3 working days.

Variations: Slight differences in size, colour, thickness, and shape are normal due to hand-preparation of natural ingredients.

Shelf Life:

Best before date stated on packaging. 

• Made-In-SG series: ~8 months (6 months for milk-based treats)
- Freeze Dried: Once opened, consume within 30 days.

• Australian Exotics series: ~10 months

• Refrigerate to prolong freshness

Storage: Store in a sealed pouch or air-tight container. Keep in a cool, dry place - away from direct sunlight and moisture (including furkid's drool!).
